Total fare charged from user is inclusive of fare charged by bus operator plus convenience fee and Payment gateway charge/COD/WIC. The convenience fee includes packaging fee, booking fee and servicing fee. The convenience fee of 25Tk +Payment gayeway charges/Cash on delivery/Robi walk in center will be charged for any ticket billing.
We understand that sometimes booking has to be cancelled. We facilitate this by providing you links in our website, wherein you can cancel the booked ticket. The bus ticket can be cancelled few hours prior to the departure of the bus. The more accurate details of how long before a ticket can be cancelled is available with the bus operator. This is because other bus operators allow different cancellation window. Ticket cancellation status "ticket cancelled/ticket not cancelled" will be communicated to user on screen and will be confirmed through text. Please note : EID tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
We value your 'Savings' and so we have Refund policy for proper compensation. In case the fault is of the operator or from our side, we refund the seat's price to our esteemed users. The money will be refunded to you via cheque or deposited in your Bank account. This price however does not include Convenience fee. Refund will be made on tickets that are cancelled on time. For any other reason we are not liable to refund.
