A. The price of the tickets is exactly what you would get from the bus/launch/movie counters. However, we do charge a nominal convenience fee to cover the cost of our service offerings.

Q. How will the counter man/guide boy validate the bus/launch tickets?

A. The passenger requires showing the e-Ticket (SMS/E-mail/Print Copy) to the bus/launch counter. The counterman will ask you to give a call in his number. Then he will verify the mobile number of yours with the number that has been provided during the purchase of ticket. This verification process is called MSISDN.

Q. What is a PNR?

A. PNR means Passenger number. It is available in your SMS or E-mail ticket. ( you can also take a printout of your E-mail or PDF copy of your ticket)

Q. What are the questions will be asked by the bus counter guy?

A. No questions asked. Passenger's mobile number verification (checking the mobile number) is the only thing that is required.

Q. Can I transfer my ticket to my friend?

A. No, you cannot transfer your ticket to your friend or anyone else. A unique ticket is always issued with the real passenger's mobile number.

Q. What is the option to transfer a ticket?

A. Transferring tickets is not possible from bdtickets.com website. If anyone wants to buy a ticket for others need to use actual passenger's mobile number. However, if transfer is requested, it has to be requested from the designated mobile number by calling the customer care number 16460
